3-Day Spring classes are held the first week of March - 3-day Fall session held the first week of November
Highly skilled chefs provide a hands-on opportunity to learn about distinctive techniques with local ingredients at The Elderberry House Restaurant.
For aspiring chefs and home gourmets, join us for three full days of instruction, each day with a luncheon and six-course dinner. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate and a cookbook with all of the recipes presented during the class.

In each half-day session, students learn to prepare popular dishes from The Elderberry House Restaurant. After a busy morning of cooking from 9am to 1pm, guest chefs will enjoy a delicious lunch served at 1pm.
